Terrible service. I am extremely disappointed. My partner and I went in and were given the wrong order and the waitress forgot my plate. Waiting for my plate and just watching my boyfriend eat. We left right after. Very unprofessional. 0/10

Excellent seafood, without pretense or false expectations, especially if you are Spanish, Peruvian or Chilean and you are used to the finest. Here with what is available in the city they serve you generous portions, at a good price, and with good flavor.

Eaten sardines, mackerel and trout there (on different days) and extremely tasty every time. Seldom eaten such delicious fish. In addition, prepared extremely quickly every time. Location could be better though. However, also quite good when you eat outside.

Hello, Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience, especially with the staff and every time I go there, from now on I go to the fish restaurant across the street. The food comes a little later, sometimes it is forgotten, the staff is very lost and even takes 10 minutes for the receipt. Never again! I don't recommend anyone .. VG

ATTENTION! ❌CAUTION! ❌ This place is no good. Food is OK in terms of price performance, nothing more and nothing less. A short explanation of how this shop only deserved 1 star, whereby even this would be too much. THE BOSS IS AN ABSOLUTE CHEAT. As soon as I found out from my largest circle of friends, the boss is supposedly looking for both female and male employees, but only for the "DIRTY WORK". Several people were sent there for trial days, but were dumped after several days. The trick is very simple: the boss looks for people, promises them a certain salary after several days, lets them do dirty work, lets them work for several days. Then he doesn't get in touch and comes up with "cheap" excuses like that you can't afford any more staff at the moment. DO NOT LEAVE SUCH PEOPLE TO THE LEFT !!! Such people should get behind the bars, sorry ...

Rating refers to picking up: The dishes are delicious and are freshly prepared. Value for money is good. Every now and then the waiters are a bit pissed off.

Fish prepared very tasty. (Steamed) vegetables are highly recommended as a side dish. Fish soup is very good.

Really a shame the branch in Bockenheim was really great. So I was happy to try this place with friends. We reserved a table with a gentleman, he said we should wait a little. We did that for 15 minutes then he allocated the next free table, so we waited further, then a table became free and we wanted to sit down, then a waitress discussed with us that she had promised the table to others and her colleague said nothing about it. Rude and very unprofessional staff.

Poor service, the waitress cleaned the table while we were sitting, and she put the dirt on my pants. We briefly considered leaving, but stayed. The food was good.

If you love fish, then you must have eaten here. We ordered different dishes. It was quick and was delicious. We will be back as soon as possible.

Excellent fresh fish and sea food as well as delicious side dishes and home-made bread.On top the prices are fair and staff is lovely! I go there once a week and I highly recommend it!

Great tip if you want to eat fresh fish! Everything your heart desires, from scampi to pulpo to tuna, all there! Very delicious and really unbeatable! The guys behind the counter are not always in a good mood, but the service at the table was friendly and nice. Ambiente is comparable to "North Sea" but the quality and prices are 10 times better. If you like my review, I'm looking forward to a LIKE!

My husband and I went there on a Saturday so the place was quite busy as we expected. We had to wait for 10 minutes but that didnt bother us as the reviewers of the place were good. Once we actually sit, the waiter still left us waiting for another 10 minutes until he take our orders. We ordered the grilled fish platter for 2 people and some chips. It was good, the food was super fresh but the taste was nothing exceptional. Price is reasonable but the service could improve a lot! As we were eating we weren't checked any time if our food was ok, if we needed anything but the bill was given to us even though we were still eating! I would give another try in the future and hopefully get to be served by another waiter.

If you’re uncomfortable to eat seafood so far away from the sea (like I was) then head over to this place. You can tell from how basic the seating area is, that they put all of their focus into serving great seafood! 😋 I had the grilled calamari with shrimp platter, big delicious portion with potatoes and salad, for just 11€.

One of the nicest fish restaurants I have ever been in Offenbach. There are many fishe choices. Specially with mix plates you can enjoy fish and some other sea food. The price is also great. For those delicious fishes it is even great prices. Also yoı can find alcoholic beverages. My favourite place for mix plate and beer

great food..but not consistent in terms of presented plate and service

The food is perfect but this certain staff is sooo rude I hate him. I love to eat here but this person makes me hesitate to go there again. He should be removed! He's so unfriendly and mean to the customers. If he doesn't like what he's doing, he should just leave this place! I wish the management train their staff on how to treat their customers well. 5 Stars for the food and 0 Star for customer service.

Beautiful, delicious fish. Bring plenty of time or order ahead - they're slow here but it's worth the wait.

I like this place so much. It is cozy, warm, clean and has a good interior and people there are friendly and very helpful. One time I was there and didn't have enough cash so they let me go to deposit some money from the nearest Geldautomat and get back to them. That is why I feel very comfortable when I am there and tend to go there once per week.
